1 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp pureed pumpkin (you can use canned, but fresh pumpkin will be healthier and much lower in sugar)
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Cashew milk
1/2 cup strong coffee or 1-2 shots espresso

1 can coconut cream (for making vegan whipped cream topping)
Directions:
Heat up the pureed pumpkin and maple syrup together on the stove. Allow them to thicken, and then add the cashew milk. Heat the mixture, but do not bring to a boil. Add the coffee, CBD oil, and pumpkin pie spice.
To make the whipped cream topping, chill a can of coconut cream overnight. Doing so will cause the cream to separate and partially solidify. Once it has done so, scoop the cream portion out of the can, making sure it does not mix back in with the water in the can. Place the cream into a bowl and use an electric mixer to thicken it, just as you would with traditional cream. Once it has reached the desired consistency, scoop it on top of your CBD pumpkin spice latte, sprinkle on some pumpkin pie spice, and enjoy.
